Cycle is a project exploring the journey of the Sockeye Salmon from life to death. They cycle through the stages of life, and from their birth location back to that location to die. This installation contained paintings of the salmon stages on driftwood that were then placed in the Cooney Bay area of Kamloops. Cooney Bay is an area that the Sockeye Salmon pass through. Participants were provided with maps that guided them through the Salmon's life cycle. The pieces of driftwood were left on location for others to view, and then taken away by the lake water.
